Sunday — at West Virginia, 11 a.m. MT (ESPN+)

NOTES: With three games remaining in the regular season, CU (10-2-3, 4-1-3 Big 12) is one of four teams with one or fewer losses at the top of the Big 12 standings. Notching a win at Cincinnati (6-7-2, 2-5-1 Big 12) would set up a critical showdown on Sunday at West Virginia (10-3-2, 6-1-1 Big 12). The Mountaineers on Sunday will be coming off a Thursday night showdown against conference co-leader No. 19 Texas Tech (6-0-2 Big 12). … Following a 10-game unbeaten streak (9-0-1) the Buffs have gone 0-1-2 in their past three matches and are coming off a scoreless draw at home against Central Florida. … The Buffs are 2-0 all-time against Cincinnati, winning a matchup in Denver in 2012 and adding a home win in 2015. … Leading scorer Shyra James has missed the past four games due to an injury. She has missed seven of the past nine due to health issues. … CU has never played West Virginia. … The Buffs still received four points in last week’s United Soccer Coaches poll despite dropping out of the top 25, but CU didn’t receive any votes this week. West Virginia unofficially is at No. 33 as the eighth team among others receiving votes. … The Buffs complete the regular season at home next week (Oct. 25) against Utah.
