  • ‘Accept Nothing Less’ – Serena Williams’ Husband Alexis Ohanian Gets Fiercely Passionate About His ‘Women’s Sports’ Slogan in Rousing UVA Speech

‘Accept Nothing Less’ – Serena Williams’ Husband Alexis Ohanian Gets Fiercely Passionate About His ‘Women’s Sports’ Slogan in Rousing UVA Speech

Alexis Ohanian is more than just a tech mogul and Serena Williams’ biggest fan—he’s a passionate advocate for women’s sports. Whether it’s through investing in the game or speaking up for equality, the Reddit co-founder never shies away from pushing for the changes he wants to see. And his recent visit to his alma mater was no different. Taking the stage, Ohanian once again championed the challenges women face in sports, reminding the athletes of the opportunities they deserve.

The 41-year-old visited the University of Virginia to cheer up for the women’s basketball team. Ohanian ensured to boost their confidence with an intriguing message as he reflected that women athletes deserve immense limelight just like their male counterparts and expressed his desire to keep working to support them throughout their careers.

In a video that surfaced on Instagram, Ohanian can be seen addressing some female basketball players. He promised that the next time he visits them, he would try to bring his wife, Williams, as well. He lauded the coach of the team as well and said, “Coach, credit to you too. Their foundation starts here. It’s just so compelling and I see it out there. It’s gonna be a lot of fun to watch this program.” But what caught the attention was his remarkable admiration for female athletes and his desire to bring about a change.

Speaking further to the athletes, Ohanian said, “I will keep doing the work on the court and off the court, will take care of the rest. This is the era of excellence of women in sports. So no matter how you are thinking like ‘how, well, should I do it now,’ like You all DESERVE EVERY BIT OF THIS!” Continuing further, he also motivated them to understand their worth. “There is a new bar, there is a new standard Accept nothing less.” Ohanian has continued to take several measures to promote women’s sports and one such example was his initiative in the form of Athlos NYC.

For the unversed, the event was a novel, women-only track and field event through which Ohanian desires to bring a positive change in the lives of female athletes. He announced the beginning of the initiative in April this year and highlighted that his venture Seven Seven Six would invest directly in the event. Athletes from the United States and abroad competed for a total purse of at least $500,000 in the event, with the winner securing $60,000. Besides, Ohanian also invests in Angel City FC, a women’s soccer team based in New York. Remember, the businessman has continued to highlight the underinvestment that has been in place when it comes to women’s sports.

The silver lining of women’s sports being so underinvested was that they were so easy to invest in. You can try anything you want,” he said in an interview with ADWEEK in September this year. And interestingly, Ohanian’s biggest motivation behind investing in women’s sports is his wife, Serena Williams.

When Alexis Ohanian credited his wife Serena Williams for his passion for women’s sports

Alexis Ohanian looks up to his wife as much as the world does. He has often highlighted the positive influence the tennis great had on him and has reflected on how his life changed after meeting the 23-time Grand Slam champion. One of the many positive influences, according to Ohanian, is the awareness he started to develop about women’s sports after meeting with Williams.

Ohanian attended Squawk Box’s discussion on CNBC in July this year and deliberated on the rise of women’s sports. Speaking in the interview, he credited his wife for the successful initiatives he took and lauded the star player. “The core phenomenon here probably came from a certain someone I’m married to, right? Serena Williams is the prototype for how you can show women’s sports is and can be and should be on the same level as men’s,” he said. Continuing further, he revealed how his views changed after meeting Williams.

To be clear, I jumped on this bandwagon really when I met my wife. That was the first time I really watched tennis as a sport. But I really went whole hog in 2019; now I’m really into it.” Both Ohanian and Williams have made significant contributions when it comes to women’s sports. As time evolves, it would be interesting to what new efforts does the Reddit co-founder put in to make significant changes to the field.

Teddi Mellencamp announced she’s filing for divorce from her husband, Edwin Arroyave, after 13 years of marriage. The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum announced the news in an Instagram post on Saturday.

“After a great deal of care and consideration, I have made the difficult decision to file for divorce. My priority is my children and ensuring that every care is taken with their privacy and wellbeing throughout this new chapter,” Mellencamp’s statement began.

“Making a public statement is not something I wanted to do, but in an effort to protect my family from undue speculation and rumors, I felt being open, honest and vulnerable was the best path forward.”

It remains unclear as to why the Bravolebrity decided to end her marriage.

Reps for Mellencamp did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.

Mellencamp and Arroyave tied the knot in 2011, years after they first met during a night out at a Hollywood nightclub. They welcomed three children together: son Cruz and daughters Slate and Dove. They also share daughter Isabella, Arroyave’s child from a previous marriage.

“I thought after that night that that was just one of those … a story that you tell your girlfriends. Maybe I’ll hang out with him one more time,” Mellencamp told Yahoo Lifestyle in 2019 of her first meeting with Arroyave.

After they started seeing each other casually for some time, things became serious once the Skyline Security CEO introduced her to his daughter.

“For us, it took a while,” Mellencamp said. “We casually dated for a long time. Once I met Edwin’s daughter, it made our relationship feel a lot more real.”

The estranged couple celebrated their tenth anniversary in December 2018. Mellencamp marked the special occasion with a heartfelt Instagram post showing their growth as a couple throughout their decade of life together.

“10 years ago today I met this boy @tedwinator. I assumed after one crazy night after a nightclub meeting we would never meet again. This is us then and throughout the last 10 years…We have become the very best of friends, traveled the world, built huge businesses, created a beautiful family and life that I am beyond proud of,” she wrote at the time.

“We also learned what it’s like to fight for each other. Life is not perfect. Marriage is not perfect, but, knowing you found the person that you are willing to fight for for the rest of your life when hard things happen makes my heart feel full. Thank you for being my person @tedwinator, I love you. We did it baby. 10 years and a lifetime to go.”

  • Was I wrong to tell my husband his mouth stinks?

Was I wrong to tell my husband his mouth stinks?

In the spirit of making our marriage open and free, I let my husband know that he has mouth odour and even suggested some tips to deal with it like chewing gum and brushing twice a day.

The smell didn’t bother me, but I just wanted him to know about it. Since that day, he stiffens when I try to kiss him and is quite self-conscious when speaking close to me.  How do I  fix this?

Your question touches on hygiene, personal pride or ego, emotional intelligence, and, most importantly, personal growth.

Let’s begin with hygiene. This is one subject that’s a silent deal breaker in many unions.

When we get married, our bodies become one item of enjoyment in our union. But what if that item is poorly maintained and gives off repulsive smells in several areas? You may try to ignore it, but it will be like ignoring a dead fly in your soup. It sits there and reduces your appetite whether you like it or not.

You may say that the smell didn’t bother you, and perhaps you were helping him to improve for his own benefit. Truly love covers a multitude of sins, but it also hopes that those sins won’t go on forever.

Body odours can be caused by poor hygiene and also by other issues like bacterial infections.

Did you know that not visiting the washroom frequently enough can cause body odours? When your kitchen trash can is full to the brim, it’s very easy for the kitchen to stink. It’s the same with our biological trash can. Many people suppress going to the toilets, especially when they’re away from their house, and they don’t trust the washrooms out there. Nutritionists recommend visiting the washroom as many times as you take meals to make sure nothing is building up inside and giving off petrifying odours.

In short, there was no way you weren’t going to bring up this issue. You didn’t do anything wrong.

The next point is how you brought the issue up. The way we do something matters more than the thing itself. Did you frame it lovingly and in an environment of openness, or did you say it in a manner that sounded combative and critical?

You should reflect back and then proceed as follows.

If you did it lovingly and sensitively, you have nothing to correct. You just need to help him get over himself and change what needs to be changed. Marriage requires the ability to self-reflect and take suggestions from your partner positively.

But if you discover that you unintentionally made it sharp and pointed, you should apologise for the way you put it. You shouldn’t apologise for the fact of the smell because it still stands there unaddressed.

If you let these seemingly small issues go unaddressed for long, they’ll become more and more irritating, and they can make you lose attraction to a person. You will love their personality but lose physical attraction to them, which makes the relationship flat and logistical.

Happy relationships involve uncomfortable conversations, and you shouldn’t lie otherwise to your person.

You’re setting a precedent now, and if you back down, it’ll be impossible to bring up other uncomfortable conversations in the future. You’ll be forced to suppress your feelings and endure it, making you silently resentful. Then you’ll start exploding on small triggers, or you’ll find yourself moving farther and farther away from the person.

Sometimes, people take jobs that are thousands of kilometres away from their partner because it has become very painful being in the same house. Yet it all begins with such small issues as this.

The other elephant in the room is your man’s openness to self-improvement and personal growth.

They don’t teach this enough in schools, but growth is mandatory for anyone who wants a happy life and a happy marriage. Life is always on the move, and so must we.

We can’t afford to remain grounded in ego and defensiveness, yet we want to experience life and love. You need a person who has enough humility to take correction without taking offence all the time.

You need a person who doesn’t take themselves so seriously that they’re bruised every time they’re given negative feedback.

Growth itself is a cocktail of mistakes and misses. Anyone who can’t get over their perfectionism and swallow their pride to say, ‘I will work on that’ and mean it, is not ready for any serious union.

Do not underrate this matter, or else it will weigh you down with time.

Remember how a person handles one thing determines how they’ll handle everything.

You can’t work with an attitude of, ‘That’s who I am. Take me as I come.’ You need a person who says, ‘Oops! Thank you for that feedback. Let me work on that.’

Remember that you also need this person to help you grow in your blind spots.

The most important outcome of marriage is helping each other to grow.

If your partner continues behaving weirdly, you should book a counselling session and table this matter for discussion there. You need to get to the root of it because, remember, it’s not just an isolated issue you’re tackling. You’re establishing a precedent and setting a bar for future issues.

  • Mum reveals her ‘trick’ for making husband do his share of parenting

Mum reveals her ‘trick’ for making husband do his share of parenting

Mother of two Pace Webb revealed how she shifted her ‘mental load’ (Picture: Instagram/@ourhomeflows)

In most heteronormative relationships, even where household tasks are seemingly split equally, it’s more often than not the mother who takes on the lion’s share of this work.

In fact, in a survey of 2,000 parents conducted by parenting site Netmums, almost 75% of women claimed they did the bulk of childcare and housework, regardless of working hours or patterns.

While the majority of participants agree that men and women should do equal shares of household chores, only 20% of women think this actually happens – compared to 40% of men.

Of course, there’s no doubt that single parents face an even heavier burden. With lone fathers now accounting for 16% of lone-parent families, juggling the responsibilities of parenting, household management and work can lead to burnout and stress.

But it’s not just about who’s doing what – it’s about who’s making sure it all gets done, which is often known as the ‘mental load’. According to a 2024 study, this ‘invisible’ aspect of family life leaves many mums struggling with ‘depression, stress and burnout’.

In response to this age-old issue, one mother of two has come up with a novel way of making her husband a more ‘equal parent’.

The advice? When your husband asks a question, just don’t answer them says lifestyle creator, Pace Webb.

In a video, posted to both her TikTok and Instagram accounts @ourhomeflows, Pace explained: ‘I stopped answering every single question he could figure out for himself.

‘It may sound kind of harsh, but if you’re always answering the questions they’re always going to be asking you, you’re going to be the one who does all the thinking.’

Pace suggests this method could reduce the ‘mental load’ mothers typically carry and lead to a more equal partnership.

The short clip has since garnered over 37,000 likes and thousands of comments from mothers sharing their own experiences.

User ‘proazil5’ wrote: ‘It’s called the “mental load” and women have to carry it every day. When your husband keeps asking questions he can answer for himself her has no idea that you already have 100 million other things swirling around your brain.’

Meanwhile, ‘Rockpinup’ added: ‘She means stuff like when you have just opened up the fridge and IMMEDIATELY ask “Hunny, where’s the ketchup?” Or “The baby has a wet nappy, you want me to change it?”

‘These questions don’t need to be asked. You’re giving your woman more stress. Also, take the initiative to do stuff yourself. You see dishes? Do them. You see things on the floor; pick them up. It shouldn’t always fall on us!’

Others shared the ways they typically distribute the mental load. User ‘_prettyonmebeauty’ wrote: ‘My favourite phrase is ‘Idk’ [I don’t know] started doing this to conserve my energy and give him space to find his way. Works so well.’

Meanwhile, ‘themomtrotter’ wrote: ‘Same with my son. I always say, “What do you think Baby?”. I encourage him to think for himself before asking. Redirection is key.’

However, rather than ignoring your partner, Dr Sophie Mort, mental health expert at Headspace and clinical psychologist, suggested being honest with your partner can help lessen the mental load.

Speaking to Metro, she says: ‘The best thing to do is to explain exactly what you are feeling to your partner. Make a list of all the things you are doing that you feel should be evened out and then divide them up.

‘When you can see the difference in responsibilities in black and white, it can help you both to sit and see how the current load is evened out in black and white. Instead of ignoring your partner when they ask you a question like in the Instagram video – you might want to try asking them – if they have tried X or if they have looked under X.

‘There are lots of different ways that you can manage the load between you – but establishing that it exists and that it needs to be tackled is essential – and a key part of this discussion is explaining to your partner how the invisible load makes you feel.’

Being honest with your partner can help lessen the mental load, according to clinical psychologist Dr Sophie Mort (Credits: Getty Images)

According to Charlotte Ball, expert matchmaker and co-founder of the dating agency, Bond, it is ‘crucial’ that couples spend time outlining the list of tasks, responsibilities, and obligations they have to juggle during their daily lives and divide them up equally.

Once this is done, Charlotte advises letting go of the control over the jobs that are not assigned to you.

‘Perhaps your partner will not do these as you would, but it is important to allow them complete autonomy in how they perform their assigned tasks,’ she explains.

However, if you find yourself past that point and burdened with a larger mental load than your partner, Charlotte says: ‘It is important to communicate with them how you feel, to try and stimulate a change.

‘Start by quantifying and capturing how much time is needed to be spent on the mental load and how this is shared between you. Then use this as a starting point for a discussion on how to redress the balance and set priorities and responsibilities for each of you.’

While ‘clear communication’ is vital, how can couples realistically do that?

‘Start by scheduling a fixed time to speak to them when you have no distractions. Remain positive but firm with them,’ Charlotte explains.

    What is the mental load?

The ‘mental load’ refers to the cognitive and emotional burden of managing household and family responsibilities.

A 2019 study identified four clear stages:

    • Anticipate: Realising that you need to start thinking about options
    • Identify: Looking into the types of options that will suit your needs
    • Decide: Choosing the option
    • Monitor: Making sure the plan is carried out

‘Take your feelings out of the equation and speak to them about all the unseen work that happens.

‘Remember, giving detailed insight into this behind-the-scenes labour can give your partner a better understanding, ultimately allowing a fairer redistribution of the work, which could help lighten your load.

‘Be honest and tell them that you would like the division of all visible and invisible work that keeps the household running smoothly to be equal, as this will ensure there is no resentment, that you are working as a team and that your relationship blooms.’

Once you have divided up the tasks, Charlotte says you should ‘make it clear you would like these to be long-term changes and that you will have monthly check-ins to ensure you are both on track with your responsibilities.

‘You may have to do a little hand-holding at first, but gentle encouragement such as inviting them to use a scheduling app or to remember important tasks may help.’

Lucky — whose modeling work has appeared in Vogue and GQ — had an arm wrapped around Nara’s tiny waist during their time in front of cameras.

The supermodel, 26, channeled Hollywood heartthrob James Dean as he rocked a black leather jacket over a tight T-shirt.

He also sported loose slacks and black leather dress shoes.

His golden blonde locks were slicked back with gel and, like Nara, he opted for sunglasses at night.

Nara’s fame spans from her popular yet controversial ‘tradwife’ lifestyle videos, which she shares on TikTok and Instagram.

‘Tradwife’ content often showcases women who don clothes in the 1950s style while embracing traditional gender roles, like preparing homemade meals from scratch, childrearing and other domestic responsibilities.

Nara has been married to fellow model Lucky since February 2020.

The couple are parents to three kids: daughter Rumble Honey, three, son Slim Easy, two, and daughter Whimsy Lou Smith, six months.

Nara is also stepmother to her husband’s daughter Gravity, seven, from his previous relationship to model Stormi Bree, 33.

Nara told Harper’s Bazaar in August that she’s had ‘a really hard time’ digesting the concept of the ‘the trad wife, whatever it is.’

The Bloemfontein, South Africa-born beauty — who was raised in Germany — said that she’s ‘a working mom’ and that the posts she put up on social media are ‘really not that deep,’ regardless of the controversies over it.

Some of Nara’s millions of viewers are critical of her embracing the cliché of a traditional housewife and nostalgia toward a timeframe when women’s rights had not evolved to the point where they are now.

She said of her critics, ‘For the sake of my mental health, I can’t indulge in that. I can’t keep correcting people or read things and get frustrated.’

I have always been a sneakerhead, into basketball, baseball, many other sports, (I) used to travel a lot too… So I am very passionate about it but I am very scared because I don’t know India as well as I should. I don’t know the market. I always questioned how come we don’t have something like  ZARA or H&M in India, we have such a huge consumer market. So yes, I am planning to start a brand, I have been working on it from a couple of years. It’s a lifestyle brand — essentials.”

    Festive offer

On the work front, Ranbir was last seen in Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Animal. He is now preparing for Nitesh Tiwari’s Ramayana and Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Love & War.

Chloe Goodman reveals why she knows footballer husband Grant Hall will never stray as she lifts the lid on WAG life, swapping reality TV for university and her fairytale family

It’s been 10 years since Chloe Goodman burst onto the celebrity scene as the sassy party girl who found fame on Ex On The Beach.

Yet following a decade of highly publicised stints on Celebrity Big Brother, glamour model spreads and even celebrity body double work, she now prefers a life out of the spotlight.

Indeed, the Chloe who greets me is not the same person I remember getting into scrapes on MTV and being papped partying the night away in clubs.

I’ve been invited into her gorgeous home in East Sussex, where she lives with footballer husband Grant Hall and their adorable children, four-year-old daughter Isla and son Hudson, two.

Warm, personable and attentive, it’s clear Chloe has the perfect persona for an adult nursing degree – which she is set to start in September

The timing is perfect for Chloe, who is keen to go back to school so that she can offer more services at her aesthetics clinic, Opiah.

It’s ironic then, that as Chloe retreats from the limelight to focus on family, that her sister Lauryn finds herself dominating the headlines for that exact reason.

You’d have to be living under a rock to avoid being caught up in the Goodman family drama of late.

In January, it emerged that Lauryn had an affair with married footballer Kyle Walker, resulting in them sharing a second child.

What followed was a very public spat between the influencer, Kyle, and his wife Annie Kilner, with Lauryn’s love children Kairo, four, and Kinara, 12 months, caught in the middle.

It’s understandable then that Chloe doesn’t wish to be caught up in the drama.

Despite living a stone’s throw away from her sibling, the pair stay out of each other’s lives.

When it comes to Lauryn, it’s not a topic that Chloe wishes to discuss. After all, she has her own family to take care of, and I can see firsthand that she has enough on her plate.

As well as raising two young children, Chloe also has to care for her three lively dogs – dachshund Harley and French bulldogs Coco and Chanel.

During our chat, the children, and indeed the dogs, all vie for Chloe’s attention at some point.

It’s nothing new for Chloe though, who when discussing the chaos of every morning, quips: ‘There’s five mouths to feed before I even do my own!’

Yet she wouldn’t have it any other way and you can tell Chloe is incredibly grateful and blessed with how her life has turned out.

There was a time, after all, when Chloe feared she may never have children.

Chloe had half her cervix removed in 2018 following an abnormal smear test, telling fans at the time that her surgeon had warned it could impact her fertility.

Yet – albeit with two difficult pregnancies – she managed to conceive naturally and now Grant and Chloe are enjoying their ‘brilliant’ children.

She admits: ‘With my youngest growing up, I totally get why mums go “shall we have another?”

‘You look back with rose tinted glasses. You forget all the hard times, and you only remember the the special moments that you have.

‘I would have had another one but medically I can’t have any more children. It’s too risky.

‘The pregnancies were really difficult with Isla and Hudson and I think I would lose the [pregnancies] if I kept trying.

‘So I’m not one to be greedy. I have a girl and a boy and they’re brilliant.

‘I think, in a way, knowing that I don’t have an option of having another one, it makes me cherish these moments more so I’m really present when when I have them.

‘When we’re together, I’m really in the moment.’

It must help as well that her connection with husband Grant is stronger than ever.

Chloe and Grant – who’s a a central defender for Swindon Town – tied the knot in Portugal in June in front of their friends and loved ones. Her sister Lauryn was not invited.

‘It’s been a really hectic year!’ she admits. ‘It was my dad’s 60th birthday, my wedding, [sister] Amelia’s birthday and my birthday all within one week.

‘So we did a huge celebration in Portugal for the whole week – and I was studying as well throughout it all because I start uni in September. I don’t know what’s wrong with me!’

Two months on and things haven’t calmed down for the Goodmans. In fact, their honeymoon has been put on hold.

MailOnline revealed this month that the couple had cancelled their dream trip to Bali because of the stress of being relentlessly trolled due to her association with sister Lauryn.

Chloe confesses: ‘We aren’t having one. It’s too busy right now. Far too busy.

‘Grant’s back at football and I start university soon, I have to juggle studies with my aesthetics clinic Opiah and be a full time mum, so right now we have other priorities.’

Yet she hasn’t ruled out a trip in the future, as she muse: ‘We might do one. Think it’s probably best when the kids are a bit older.

‘They would be a handful to look after, so we’re gonna wait until they’re a bit older and they’re a bit more self sufficient, and then we will take some time for ourselves.’

It’s ironic that as Chloe retreats from the limelight to focus on her children, that her sister Lauryn finds herself dominating the headlines for that exact reason (pictured in 2018)

For now, Chloe is focusing on life as a married woman. She admits that after their four-year engagement, it takes some adjusting to call Grant ‘husband.’

She confesses: ‘I keep slipping up and calling him “my fiancé,  but in terms of our relationship, nothing’s changed. If anything, we’re probably more content. More chilled. Relaxed.’

Insisting she’s not worried about anything changing, she jokes: ‘We’re a family and married. There’s no out. He’s locked in now!’

Despite her assurances, I wonder if there is part of Chloe that is worried about the footballer stereotype.

There are, after all, constantly stories about players cheating on their partners or being caught up in scandals.

And as the sister of Lauryn – who has not one, but two love children with Manchester City star Kyle – surely she has a worry in the back of her mind that Grant will one day live up to the stereotype?

The answer is a firm no.

Chloe explains: ‘Grant’s never been like that. He’s never been the drinking guy.

‘If he hadn’t bought the house next door to my dad, I’m not sure we’d have ever met. We had all the same friends but I’d never met him before because he just doesn’t go out. He keeps himself to himself.

‘He knows footballers but his friends are people from school that he’s known his whole life.’

Chloe shared: 'I would have had another baby but medically I can't have any more children. It's too risky. The pregnancies were really difficult with Isla and Hudson'

Chloe also has no concerns about Grant living up to the footballer stereotype and getting involved in scandal, explaining: 'Grant's never been like that. He's never been the drinking guy'

I meet Grant briefly as he’s rushing out the door, polite and courteous, he seems in good spirits but in a hurry.

Chloe explains: ‘This is his day off but he’s gone to a cryochamber for recovery and now he’s on his way to see the chiropractor so his days off are never a day off. He’s always doing something to do with football!

‘His main focus is recovery, nutrition and performance. It’s a case of prolonging his career and his fitness, making sure he’s looking after himself.

‘Alcohol and partying just does not go with that lifestyle that we have. So, no, I’ve never been worried because he’s never out.

‘It was me [out partying] in the early days but since I’ve had kids the hangovers are not worth it!’

It makes sense Chloe knows not to be sucked in by stereotypes. She herself knows what’s it like to be judged without reason.

‘People just assume I’m stuck up and love materialistic things,’ she muses. ‘If a footballer marries someone that’s really glam it’s, “Oh, she’s only with him for his money.”

‘If they if they marry someone they’ve been with they’ve known their whole life, it’s “he could do so much better than her.” You can’t win!

‘I do think it’s all changed now thought. Women are a bit more independent. They want to have their own careers.

‘They want to have their own thing going on and their own identity aside from their partners. Before, it was always “who are you dating?” that was your status.

‘Now in our generation, both parents work. I think I’d have been stupid if I ever didn’t work.’

Chloe pays no attention to the trolls and the judgement anyway.

I’m not doing anything to make others happy,’ she explains. ‘I’m doing it to make me and my family happy.’

This is in part her reason for going back to school.

Having been a part of the reality TV circuit since her teenage years, Chloe didn’t have a chance to go to university.

Chloe shared: 'People just assume I'm stuck up and love materialistic things. If a footballer marries someone that's really glam it's, "Oh, she's only with him for his money."

Now, she’s enrolled on a three-year course for adult nursing and is hoping to use qualify as an advanced nurse practitioner to offer more services at her aesthetics clinic.

‘I was a little bit embarrassed about going back to school,’ she confesses. ‘Everyone’s 20-odd, fresh out of college. But then I thought the only embarrassing thing is not doing what you want to do in life and letting other people hold you back.

‘So I might be the oldest one at uni, might be the oldest one in my class, but that’s fine. I don’t live my life on the terms of other people. I do what suits me and my family.’

It’s an attitude that has clearly benefited Chloe and her loved ones, who are thriving away from the spotlight.

With everything finally falling into the place for the star, the only thing that remains to be seen is she will one day ever be able to heal her rift with sister Lauryn.
