Yin has given a lot of credit to her caddie for her improved performance. Fans have enjoyed watching the American pro and her caddie dominate the table at the CME Group Tour Championship 2024. So let’s learn more about the veteran carrying Angel Yin’s golf bag at the Tiburon Golf Club.

Angel Yin’s friend and veteran caddie, Michelle Simpson has been an expert on the course for a very long time. She grew up in New Smyrna Beach, FL where she picked up golf. Before her caddying career, Simpson was a pro golfer herself. She started playing golf at the age of 15 and since has pursued her dream of a career in the sport.

Simpson was a part of the Epson Tour from 2002 to 2007 before giving up her clubs. But she couldn’t stay away from the course as she started carrying around the clubs of other golfers soon after. She has been a caddie for many great golfers like 2x major winner Brittany Lincicome. Michelle Simpson caddied for Lincicome in the last event of her career, the Annika 2024. With Lincicome’s retirement, Simpson joined Angel Yin for the CME Group Tour Championship.

Simpson’s PLTCA caddie profile has some information about her approach to the profession. When she was asked about her favorite golf course, Simpson replied, “I’m more interested in individual holes at a golf course; hence, I find one or two holes from each event, and imagine making 18 holes out of them!” It would be interesting to know what her imaginary golf course would look like.

She was also asked why she loves caddying. Being a former golfer herself, Simpson replied, Being able to relate to the challenges players face. Also, I feel like having been at the same level helps me give advice that can be really beneficial.” Having such guidance on the course would certainly be helpful for any golfer. She was also questioned about her favorite moment on the course to which she replied with her own version of the dialogue from the ‘Hangover’ movie, “What happens on the course, stays on the course.”

Simpson sure seems like an interesting character to have around during an event. So how did Angel Yin decide to pair up with her and take on the Gold Course in Florida? Let’s find out.

Speaking about the challenges Yin might face at the venue of the CME Group Tour Championship 2024, Yin had previously said, “I’ve always had a really tough time reading greens here, even though I’ve been living in Florida since 2018.” Conveniently, Michelle Simpson pitched the idea of caddying for Yin. Knowing that her commitments to Lincicome would end at the Annika 2024, Simpson dropped a message to Angel Yin. She said how much she loved the greens at the Tiburon Golf Club, suggesting that having Simpson around for the tournament would be beneficial for Yin.

The two have seemed to form a formidable pair as they have been dominating on the course so far. Only time will tell how much they can achieve in the future. What do you think of the Angel Yin – Michelle Simpson duo? Share your views in the comments section.

The Valley Star Michelle Saniei in Two-Piece Workout Gear is “Holding on to the Good Times”

Michelle Saniei is taking a hike in her two-piece workout gear. In a new social media post the star of The Valley shows off her taut tummy in a belly baring exercise outfit while getting some exercise at Runyon Canyon in Los Angeles. “Holding onto the good times,” she captioned the Instagram snap. “Beauty,” one of her followers commented. “Ur body is tea🔥,” added another. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Michelle makes sure to get her steps in. “I’m a walker. I know people laugh, but I love to walk. I literally walk every single day of my life. Whether it’s 30 minutes an hour, I try to get at least 10,000 steps in in the morning,” she said on the When Reality Hits podcast. A 2018 study published in the journal Obesity found a link between walking 10,000 steps a day and weight loss and weight management. Other studies published by the Journal of American Medical Association (JAMA) in JAMA Neurology and in JAMA Internal Medicine also linked walking 10,000 steps a day to less dementia and less cardiovascular disease overall, with less heart disease, less heart failure and fewer strokes.

Michelle enjoys ice skating. “Winter in LA,” she captioned a photo of herself on the ice. According to Harvard Medical School, ice skating will burn up to 200 calories per hour. It is also great for joint and muscle health and helps improve balance and coordination.

Michelle strength trains. “I do have a gym membership. I’m not that good, but I just think consistency of always moving your body is number one,” she said during the podcast. “The first day back is always the hardest!” she captioned a post of herself lifting weights. According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

    • Develop strong bones
    • Manage your weight
    • Enhance your quality of life
    • Manage chronic conditions
    • Sharpen your thinking skills

    • Improving your sense of balance
    • Improving your heart health
    • Decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems

Who Is Mike Weir’s Wife? Meet ‘The Bachelor’ Michelle Money Fame & Explore Her Lifestyle, Career & More

Being a captain, and that too of the International team, is not a small thing. For it comes with its own pressures and tensions. All of that, however, takes a backseat when it is time to lead the squad, especially at a big event such as the Presidents Cup. But, as Mike Weir takes care of his team, who is there to support him? Cue his wife, Michelle Money of ‘The Bachelor’ fame.

The two met by chance back in 2016, following which they started to date. Fast forward seven years to 2023, and the two announced their engagement to the world when the golfer was 53 years old and Money was 43. Interestingly, the athlete had proposed to the star in January of that year when the two of them had gone on a trip to New Zealand.

“We took a helicopter to the top of a glacier where the most incredible glacier lake was,” recounted Michelle Money in an interview with People, “He got down on a knee and asked me to marry him there on the glacier. It was incredible.” And heartwarmingly enough, the couple then tied the knot just 10 months later in November 2023.

Coming back to Mike Weir’s wife, she is popularly known for being a contestant in the 15th season of the hit show, ‘The Bachelor’, back in 2011. It was then that she dated Brad Womack before parting ways with him later on. Soon after, the star also made her appearances on the second season of  ‘Bachelor Pad’ and the first season of ‘Bachelor in Paradise’.

Interestingly enough, the relationship she currently has with Weir is not her first. For she was formerly married to Ryan Money from Salt Lake City, with whom she shares a daughter named Brielle. The couple, however, separated soon after following which she connected with Cody Sattler during the first season of ‘Bachelor in Paradise’. The two couldn’t manage to make their relationship work, causing it to end in 2016.

How did Mike Weir meet Michelle Money?

“I was walking into a restaurant with my daughter, and he happened to be walking out with a group of friends,” divulged Money. “I didn’t see him, but apparently he saw me and asked his friends if any of them knew me.” What happened then? Well, the Canadian athlete, after reaching his friend’s house, left it soon after to drive back to the restaurant in a bid to find her. Unfortunately, she had already left.

But luck was with the current Presidents Cup International team’s skipper. His friends happened to know a mutual friend who gave him Money’s number. “We went on our first date and never looked back,” recalled the star from ‘The Bachelor’. Soon after, she revealed her relationship status in an interview with Us Weekly in 2016. “Cody and I are not together. I am in a new relationship with a wonderful man and am extremely happy!” It has been 8 years since then. And those years were filled with them being there for each other, be it on or off the course.

The couple were spotted alongside each other with the wife’s daughter, Brielle, carrying the bags for the professional golfer at the par-3 contest ahead of the 2024 Masters at Augusta National. “What an amazing week at @themasters,” wrote the star on her Instagram post, “So fun watching @briellemoney caddy for @mweirsy in the Par 3 tournament! She even hit a ball on 9!”

That’s not all. She even went ahead to express her gratitude for the amount of support that everyone showcased for their family. “Special thank you to all our friends and family who help make this week absolutely unforgettable,” added Mike Weir’s wife. “And extra proud of my husband @mweirsy who never stops working on his game. He is the ultimate example of perseverance, commitment and hard work!”
