What do you do when it’s time to close but the last few customers at your restaurant just won’t get up? A digital creator’s hilarious take on this situation has taken Instagram by storm and left many users in splits. The viral skit has received over 7 million views so far. In the reel by Adam Waheed, we see a couple clinking their wine glass together at a restaurant. The text on the video reads, “When the last customers won’t leave.” We see the waiter approach their table and begin to wipe it with a cloth. He also sprays a cleaning liquid on the table but the couple seem unfazed. In the next shot, the waiter takes up a mop and begins to clean the area immediately below and around the table. As he does this, he continues to stare aggressively at the two seated customers, who remain engrossed in their conversation and hand-holding. The waiter decides to take things up a notch and is next seen spraying the male customer’s face with the cleaning liquid and wiping it off with a cloth. Even then, the man continues to keep talking with his date and even tries to take a sip of wine. The waiter then uses the guy’s face to wipe the table. It seems to have no effect on the couple. Finally, the man is seen lying on the floor with the rod of the mop on top of him. The waiter tries to move him around to ‘clean’ the floor. But the man is still seen continuing the conversation with his partner. Take a look at the full viral video below:

Recently, a food influencer took social media by storm with her unconventional avocado recipe, leaving many wondering if they had been enjoying this fruit all wrong. In a video posted to Instagram, she demonstrated her method using two clear wine glasses. “You’re just gonna have to trust me on this one,” the influencer wrote in the caption.

First, she sliced an avocado and carefully scooped the pieces into the glasses. Next, she took ice cubes, wrapped them in cloth, and crushed them with a rolling pin. This crushed ice was added on top of the avocado, followed by a generous drizzle of condensed milk. She also added some flakey sea salt. The overlay text read: “POV: You don’t eat avocado on toast.” She stated that this recipe “originated in the Philippines” but “there are versions of this all over the world.” Watch the video here:
The video soon went viral and has been viewed more than 5 million times. Many were intrigued by this dessert-like treat. One user wrote, “As a Jamaican, I’m so accustomed to having savoury avocado. I wanna try this so bad but I’m so nervous.” Another chimed in, “When I lived in Vietnam, I would order avocado ‘smoothies’ all the time. They were truly one of the best things I’ve ever had and they were basically this, blended up.” Others shared fond memories, like a user who reminisced, “My mom used to make avocado popsicles with milk, sugar, and avocado! Still a fave. I don’t prefer it savoury.”
A foodie added, “It’s basically avocado ice cream, which I’ve had and it’s truly delicious.” A user wrote, “In other countries, avocado is seen as a dessert. My friend from Cambodia told me she had to get used to how Americans use avocado.” Another noted, “You guys would be surprised how good avocado is with sweets.” One enthusiastic person declared, “The ultimate snack! Love to see this making the rounds in 2024 after friends teasing me for it my whole life.”

Airline food is under the radar of travellers after numerous reports of substandard in-flight meals surfaced in the recent past. It’s only natural to expect hygienic food on flights that come with the costly airline tickets. And thus, it leads to more disappointment when the expectations are not met. On Monday (February 27, 2023), chef Sanjeev Kapoor complained about his meal on an Air India flight from Nagpur to Mumbai. The same day, another Air India passenger found an insect in his meal and shared a video of it on Twitter.
The passenger, Mahavir Jain, was flying business class in an Air India flight from Mumbai to Chennai. “@airindiain insect in the meal served in business class. Doesn’t look like hygiene was taken. My flight was AI671 -Mumbai to Chennai Seat 2C,” Mahavir Jain wrote in his Twitter post with a video of his meal. The video shows a plate of cornflakes and oats with the side of strawberry compote, yogurt and lemon water. And then a small black insect is seen crawling all over the food! Air India noticed the post and was quick to reply with: “Dear Mr. Jain, we’re sorry to note your experience while flying with us. This is not something good to hear. We strictly follow measures to ensure hygiene at every step of the process.”
However, could you please DM your date of travel, and flight details along with the seat number? We’ll highlight this to our catering team for immediate review and action. 2/2— Air India (@airindiain) February 27, 2023

The airline also promised to review and take appropriate action. “Could you please DM your date of travel, and flight details along with the seat number? We’ll highlight this to our catering team for immediate review and action,” Air India added in another tweet.
All these instances of contaminated food on flights and even trains are quite worrisome. Have you encountered such tainted meals on your travels too?

College football fans have been fortunate with the weather this season. Except for a few instances, like last week’s Texas vs Florida game delay. The majority of games did not experience significant weather effects during the three weeks of gameplay. However, this week there might be chances of severe thunderstorms resulting in game delays. Let’s find out which college football matchup has the highest risk of rainfall and severe thunderstorms.
Following the Colorado Buffs’ heroic victory of 9-28 against the Colorado State Rams, the team was looking forward to their upcoming faceoff with the Baylor Bears. But it looks like the weather has some other plans for them, as the Boulder region is at risk of heavy rain and thunderstorms. Even the National Weather Service confirmed the same, saying there are high chances of rain around Folsom Field. However, considering uncertainties, there is a good chance of 70–80% of rainfall this weekend. But the big question here is: will this impact their matchup? Well, for now, only time can tell that.

Which Week Four college football matchup is most at risk from the severe thunderstorm watch?
Notre Dame vs. Ohio State
However, surprisingly, Colorado Buffs head coach Deion Sanders looks unbored about the thunderstorm alert. During a news conference ahead of the Buffs’ game against the Baylor Bears on Saturday, discussing the weather effect on the game, Coach Prime said, “I’m one of those good weathermen… 30% is 70%; it won’t. Let’s do drills that say it won’t rain.” He even confirmed it by showing his app stats to the reporter. Well, it looks like Sanders has reached another level of optimism, as he doesn’t want to believe in expert reports or weather forecasts. Let’s see if it works for their upcoming matchup. Moreover, there are some other matchups at risk from severe thunderstorms.
Other matchups facing weather uncertainties
Weather uncertainty is a big turn-off for football fans. As they eagerly wait to witness their favorite teams battling against each other. After the Colorado Buffs thunderstorm reports now there are possibilities of a heat wave hitting Oklahoma around 3 pm to hit 100 degrees. Resulting in possible game delays for their much-awaited showdown against the Utah Utes at Boone Pickens Stadium. Moreover, this kind of extreme heat will surely affect everything, including the health of the players.

Even Oklahoma Sooners and Tennessee Volunteers are not safe from nature’s wrath. There are high chances of intense heat waves surrounding OU Memorial Stadium around 6:30 PM. There could be a possible rise in temperature up to 90 to 96 degrees for the first half, with relief expected in the latter half. Such high temperatures could lead to players experiencing cramps or feeling excessively tired. Despite both teams coming from warmer states, the intense heat might affect both teams. Let’s see how the college football games on Saturday unfold despite the extreme temperatures.

Poha and dhokla are both extremely popular delicacies. While many of us enjoy poha for breakfast and dhokla during snack time, we have discovered a unique combination of the two – the Poha Dhokla Sandwich. In this recipe, poha is used to make the dhokla, along with semolina, and it’s filled with spiced aloo stuffing for a delightful twist. Vlogger Parul Gupta shared this exciting recipe on her YouTube channel, Cook With Parul. The preparation is simple, and the end result is a lip-smacking delight. Here’s why you should give it a try. Also Read:Idli Dhokla, Dhokla Sandwich And More: 5 Unique Dhokla Recipes For Tea Time Indulgence
Is Poha Dhokla Sandwich Healthy?
Poha Dhokla Sandwich is a steamed snack, which means it uses very little oil. It requires less oil than pan-fried snacks like tikkis and cutlets. The dhokla itself is high in fibre due to the use of poha and semolina. The aloo stuffing incorporates boiled and cooled potatoes, which are also considered good for health. The spices and other ingredients further enhance the dish’s nutritional value. The only two concerns are the use of fruit salt and readymade seasoning. Individuals on a low-sodium diet are generally advised to limit their consumption of foods with fruit salt. If you are one of them, consider reserving this snack for a special occasion. Additionally, you can replace the recommended seasonings with homemade spice blends or other masalas to suit your preferences. This recipe is essentially experimental, so feel free to customize the filling to your liking. Also Read:This Oats Vegetable Dhokla Makes A Yummy Addition To Your Weight Loss Diet

How To Make Poha Dhokla Sandwich at Home | Easy Recipe For Stuffed Poha Sooji Sandwich
1. In a grinding jar, combine soaked poha flakes, semolina (rava/ sooji), curds, green chillies, and ginger. Grind to form a coarse batter, and then divide it equally between two bowls.
2. In one of the bowls, add salt, fruit salt/ baking soda, and water to the batter. Mix well using a whisk.
3. Grease a dhokla thali/ baking tin or any similar plate with raised sides. Transfer the mixed poha batter to this utensil and spread it evenly, leaving space for additional layers.
4. Boil water in a flat-bottomed kadhai/saucepan or steamer, place a small stand inside, and position the filled plate on it. Cover the vessel and allow the steam to cook the batter mixture, similar to idlis/ dhoklas.
5. Prepare the aloo stuffing by combining mashed potatoes, salt, red chilli flakes, chopped capsicum, coriander, lemon juice, and spice masalas in a large bowl.
6. Use a toothpick to check if the dhokla is almost cooked, and then remove the plate from heat. Spread green chutney or any other chutney/sauce of your choice on it.
7. Layer the prepared potato (aloo) stuffing on top.
8. Take the second bowl of poha mixture kept aside earlier. Add salt, fruit salt, and water to it. Pour it over the aloo layer and spread evenly to cover the entire plate.
9. Place the plate again in the steamer and cook for a few more minutes. Later, cut the mixture into shapes of your choice: triangles, squares, diamonds, etc.
10. For a slightly crisp upgrade, you can optionally cook the shapes on both sides with a little oil.

Savouring a slice of pizza can feel like slowing down time — each bite brings the joy of melted cheese, rich flavours and sheer satisfaction. Ordering your favourite pizza from the comfort of your couch has become easier than ever, thanks to food delivery apps. Yet, there is one group that never seems too thrilled with this convenience — parents! They have often voiced their disapproval of this trend. In a recent Instagram post, a digital creator hilariously captured this relatable struggle in a video, highlighting the familiar conversation between him and his parents when he ordered a pizza from outside.
The video began with a caption that read, “Parents every time I order from outside.” In the background, you could hear a classic parental reprimand as the mother says, “Phirse pizza mangwa liye? (Again, you ordered pizza?),” while the son stands there sheepishly scratching his head, eyeing the leftover slices.
As the camera pans, the father adds, “Paise ped pe ugg rahe hai kya?Health ke liye bahut kharab hota hai maida, (Is money growing on trees? Refined flour is very bad for health).” To top it off, the mother adds, “Kamane lag gaye ho toh paise ka koi ahemiat hi nahi hai (Now that you’ve started earning, money has no value to you anymore).”
The twist that had everyone in stitches — while lecturing their son, the parents were seen casually enjoying the pizza slices themselves.
The video’s caption humorously sums it up as, “4 slice kha ke bol rahe bekar hai (After eating 4 slices, they’re saying it’s bad).”
Watch the video here:
Social media users couldn’t resist sharing their amusement, with many relating to the all-too-familiar scenario playing out in their own homes.
One user commented, “Khate khate burai karte hai.” (They talk evil about the food even while eating.)
Another user mentioned, “Mujhe lagta tha mere hi paa maa aise h.” (I thought only my parents were like this).
One user chimed in, sharing a line the parents often throw into the mix. The comment read, “Maida acha nahi hota tu apni health kharab kar rahi hai (Refined flour is not good, you are ruining your health,” while simultaneously grabbing a plate from the kitchen, adding, “La mujhe ek piece taste karwa (Give me a slice of pizza to taste).”
This classic parental move had users laughing and nodding in agreement!
“Mere ghar ka bhi yahi scene hai bro relax (My house has the same scene, BRO relax),” read another comment.
“Bhai abhi bhi bol rha hu chhin le waps” (“Brother, I am still saying take it back”), read a hilarious comment.
